Non è possibile. Mentre corre in ospedale, Natalie Falcone ripensa incredula alla telefonata che le ha fatto lasciare a metà turno la cucina del suo ristorante: c'è stato un incendio nella stanza che la figlia Arden e sua cugina Rory dividono al college e, per salvarsi, le ragazze si sono buttate dalla finestra e adesso sono entrambe in coma.
