A beautifully illustrated book about a little boy who longs to be bigger. These illustrations are wonderful. This reminded me of the very little girl.
Story that teaches children about basic math concepts such as little, big etc. as well as about the four seasons. I found it a bit too repetitive (not in a good way) and a little boring.
Great book to use in early years- all about growing up and the things around you which grow. First of all I think Krauss and Oxenbury have produced a lovely story as well as very detailed and colourful illustrations!
