LEGO makes the best books. I don't think there's one that I've read that I haven't been inspired by. You really can't go wrong with any of their nonfiction building idea books.
Not exactly riveting story time reading when your toddlers insist you read it to them at bedtime (!!), but I can see how an avid LEGO builder will find value in this one.
