Wow, what a lovely book and fabulous pictures of tribal people. This is really a work of art. I loved also the page before each tribal with some info about beliefs/daily life and what they eat. I hope to read many more books of Jimmy Nelson. He really is good at his job.

On its own, if one has no comparison material or if this is one of the first ethno photo books one has read, it looks okay. Compared to Hamid Sardar or Steve McCurry's (although he sometimes suffers from the same flaws) and other's works, it's plain bad. I really dislike Nelson's work. Almost every p Leggi tutto
