Useless to say that you would fully appreciate the content of this book only if you start practicing the rites on a daily basis. For those you do not get hooked up by them though, it us still a book full of good suggestions for well being and health.
I enjoyed the historical portions as well as the latter section dedicated to nutrition and the importance of the mixing of the various varieties of foods in meals: I can very much relate to what has been reiterated. Good stuff.

This is a fascinating study of The Five Tibetan Rites that allegedly can benefit health and add to one's longevity. I find the 5 Tibetan Rites to be great exercise routine, whether you believe you are activating your chakras or not. This book has some information, looking at the exercises through modern lenses, but absolutely unnecessary after reading Peter Kelder's original book.
Not meaningful If you have read Part 1 , part 2 is not at all required.Simply part 2 is waste of time and energy.So part 1, is more than enough.
