Sinossi

I enjoyed the book but felt it could be significantly improved by the addition of a “suggested reading” list. The introduction of the words to live by left me wanting a little more elucidation. Hopefully it goes to a second printing and the writer and publisher see their way to its inclusion.
Эту небольшую, практически однодневную книгу можно назвать толковым словарем или же введением для начинающих. В её небольших главках рассматриваются основные принципы и понятия японской культуры, сдобренные небольшими художественными отступлениями. Все вышесказанное неплохо дополняют действительно Leggi tutto
When I think of Japanese people, a sea of serene and smiling faces comes to mind. After reading Ikigai & other Japanese words to live by, I'm not surprised that they appear so happy and calm with such beautiful, meaningful words in their vocabulary. The book is split into seven chapters: Harmony, Bea Leggi tutto
This is a nice short book of various Japanese words and their meanings. It's almost like a poetry and philosophy book with some pretty black and white photos of Japan.
