Before you read this, ask yourself, Why do you want to be good? Because Arden is incapable of answering it. Unless you figure it out, you're more miserable than the failures he describes in this book.

Solid little book, the main 2 things that I got out of it was: 1- “Do not seek praise. Seek criticism.” - I myself fall victim to this mindset often.
