Di tutti i libri che ho scritto finora, questo è il più personale. Per scriverlo ho fatto un lungo viaggio nel mondo della salute e dell'alimentazione, e adesso, grazie a ciò che so fare meglio – cucinare piatti gustosi –, il mio desiderio è che questo libro possa essere per voi una grande fonte di ispirazione e di aiuto per una vita più sana, più felice, più intensa. I cibi esistono per essere goduti, condivisi, celebrati, e quelli buoni, sani e nutrienti dovrebbero essere colorati, allegri, speciali. Qui troverete un bel po' di ricette nuove, complete ed equilibrate, create per stuzzicare il vostro gusto. Tra l'altro, visto che le ricerche sugli aspetti nutrizionali le ho fatte io, potete stare tranquilli: è tutto a posto. Provatene qualcuna: sono sicuro che cambierete il vostro modo di pensare circa il cibo e che d'ora in poi sarete in grado di ricavare sempre il meglio dalle vostre scelte alimentari.

Bought this a couple of months ago and truly enjoy it. The tv series is excellent too. Very good tips, recipes, details of nutrition and good ideas complete with calorie and nutrition details per recipe. Looking forward to trying the marmite and mushroom scrambled eggs, and the gluten free protein bread. Lots of great ideas and wonderful focus on health nutritious food without all the faddishness that often accompanies any mention of 'super food' these days.
As usual, Jamie knocks it out of the park with this book. This is more than a cookbook, it's a great resource for people looking to start making healthy, delicious choices with their cooking.
