This is an excellent book! Both beginners and advanced readers of Ken Wilber’s work will find their delight in it (if they approach the text with beginner’s mind instead of mind full of prejudices and excessive expectations—in fact, it does no good to approach any work with such an impure attitude). Always worth reading Ken Wilber. Always a new insight and something to learn. This book is almost a call to make the world a better place and it has great suggestions for mindful practice.
The topics discussed here could be summed up in about 3 hours or less, but ofc we have to be mindful of the audience (laymen).
