First of all, the art is horrible. There were some nice ideas, like 'amish like' killer, and his raw fight with Punisher, but it got buried in Dillon's style. Holy hell, THIS is a Punisher story. A potential problem with writing stories about a lone man whose only goal in life is to kill criminals is how quickly you can run out of options.
