I heard van der Kolk on "On Being". He is a sensitive capable scientist and this book sums up all of the research on Post Traumatic Stress. I picked up this book, as someone who suffers from PTSD. It was interesting, and had me journaling some things that came up, and connect some dots. I’m glad people are researching and writing about this.
