Hanna sapeva che traslocare in una stazione spaziale ai confini della galassia sarebbe stato un brutto colpo per la sua vita mondana. Nessuno però le aveva detto che sarebbe potuto costarle la vita. La saga di «Illuminae File», cominciata con le peripezie di Kady ed Ezra, prosegue a bordo della stazione spaziale Heimdall, dove due nuovi protagonisti dovranno affrontare le conseguenze di una seconda offensiva BeiTech. Hanna è la viziatissima figlia del capitano della stazione, Nik il rampollo di una famigerata famiglia di criminali. Alle prese con la vita di bordo nella stazione spaziale più noiosa della galassia, i due non possono certo immaginare che Kady Grant e la Hypatia sono in viaggio verso la Heimdall con la notizia dell'invasione di Kerenza. Quando una squadra d'assalto della BeiTech invade la stazione, Hanna e Nik saranno costretti a collaborare per difendere quella che è ormai diventata la loro casa. A complicare tutto, la presenza di predatori alieni che fanno fuori l'equipaggio un uomo alla volta. Hanna e Nik capiranno presto che in gioco non c'è soltanto la propria sopravvivenza: nelle loro mani hanno il destino di tutti i passeggeri della Hypatia, e forse dell'universo intero. Tranquilli, però. Hanno tutto sotto controllo. Almeno sperano.

Re-read: February 12th 2018 Gemina was one of the best things that happened to me in 2016! I can't even tell you how crazy good this baby was. If you didn't care about Illuminae much, i still highly suggest giving this a go. Can we all just appreciate how magnificently beautiful AIDAN is!?! Let me si Leggi tutto
I didn't enjoy this quite as much as Illuminae but it still was really enjoyable! I'll go more into depth in a video review soon!
But why is it over? Why must we wait for so long until the next one? I'll be honest, I loved Illuminae & was skeptical of all the hype saying Gemina was better, but after finishing this I almost want to go back and adjust my Illuminae rating to a 4 and keep this at a 5.
