In una Seoul rovente e febbrile, una donna vestita di nero cerca di recuperare la parola che ha perso in seguito a una serie di traumi. Nell'aula semideserta di un'accademia privata, il suo silenzio incontra lo sguardo velato dell'insegnante di greco, che sta perdendo la vista e che, emigrato in Germania da ragazzo e tornato a Seoul da qualche anno, sembra occupare uno spazio liminale fra le due lingue. Tra di loro nasce un'intimità intessuta di penombra e di perdita, grazie alla quale la donna riuscirà forse a ritornare in contatto con il mondo. I loved a lot of things about this: the focus on language, some gorgeous writing, the fact that we have a story told from two unique points of view: a woman who can't speak and a man who can't see. but then we come to the story, there is NONE.
