The storyline concept for this book was truly cute and fun. This is probably around a 3rd grade reading level. I read this book because one of my granddaughters is reading this series. So we started our own book club. I thought this book was cute, magical, and it kept my interest. My granddaughter and I had a great discussion about the characters and two “scary” parts.

These are lovely chapter books for children, whether it's for you to read at bedtime or for them to read to themselves. Overall there are nice lessons to be learned and an overarching mystery of the curious happenings at Unicorn Academy.
