Pretty fun and clever!

A mother mouse faces the task of getting her seven young mice to school in spite of dangers along the way. The night before school is to begin she rolls out to balls of blue yarn as a track of sorts to lead her children to school so they won't get lost. Cute but slightly strange story about septuplets who go to their first day of school. Their mother figures out the way to keep them from running all over the forest is to make a fake train track through the woods and start a mouse train. Along the way, they pick up many more "cars"

Mother Mouse has to come up with an inventive way to get her septulets on board for their first day of school. My 2 & 4 year old children enjoyed both the illustrations and the story. The plot is a little lacking but the book is cute over all.
