I really enjoyed the simplicity of this book taking the reader through a short history of how psychology came to be as it is today. It includes critique and explanation of the key theories that continue to influence psychological research. Highly recommend as a light read for other psychologists or
Quite a nice summary of psychology's history, although missed out a few topics - e.g, third wave therapies - and psychologists, e.g, Meichenbaum.
