Liska sa che è la magia è mostruosa e che chi la pratica è malvagio. Ha fatto di tutto per sopprimere il potere che le sboccia nel petto, con conseguenze disastrose. Così, per liberarsene, fugge dal suo villaggio e si inoltra nella Driada, il pericoloso bosco-vivo, per rubare il mitico fiore di felce, che le permetterà di esprimere il desiderio di una vita senza magia. All of my feelings about this book contradict each other. The story was unique, yet the flow was ordinary. The characters had some depth, yet I felt no attachment to them.
