Naomi Jenkins convive con i segreti. Eppure, dalle prime indagini, Robert non sembra svanito, o almeno questo è quello che dichiara sua moglie Juliet. Ma Naomi non le crede, sa che non è così. Per convincere la polizia a occuparsi seriamente del caso, non le resta che fare quello in cui lei è bravissima: mentire. Naomi accusa Robert di averla violentata. Per lei, che conosce le azioni di uno psicopatico, è facile essere credibile. Ma bisogna fare in fretta.
