Parole che, seppure di uno sconosciuto, sembrano parlarle direttamente. Parole che nessuno le ha mai rivolto, ma che lei ha sempre sognato di leggere. Bea è convinta che sia un segno. Deve capire chi ha scritto quelle righe, ma non può farlo da sola. Ha bisogno dell’aiuto di altri lettori come lei. Per questo lancia una serie di appelli in rete, accompagnandoli sempre con una citazione. Perché gli autori che più ama, da Louisa May Alcott a Lewis Carroll, a Marcel Proust, sanno che cosa è giusto fare. Non è una ricerca facile. Ma un giorno Bea riesce a scovare la persona che ha scritto gli appunti. L’uomo perfetto per lei. Tutto sembra andare come ha sempre desiderato, anche se Bea sa che i libri, dietro una copertina accattivante, possono nascondere un segreto. Bisogna avere pazienza e leggerli fino all’ultima pagina, godendosi il viaggio. Ovunque le parole vogliano portare. Perché solamente tra le pagine di un libro si può trovare la forza di ricominciare.

Oof. Just when you thought this couldn't get worse, it did. Please do yourself a favour and avoid this. From the very first page I was turned off by the writing style.
