I enjoyed the absolute bonkersness (and I meant that in the best terms) of Pucking Around and had really hoped this one would make me feel the same way but... Somehow Mars was the best character in this book and his own. I didn’t feel the connection in Tess and Ryan’s relationship and I thought that Tess was just not what I was expecting her character to be. I did LIVE for the crumbs of Poppy, Novy, and Morrow though.
