I enjoyed The Housemaid and generally think McFadden’s books are fun popcorn reads, but this sequel was godawful. Clunky, repetitive writing. Cringey dialogue. 3.95!A RANT AT THE END‼️ This book was so intense!! Like UFFF I was in the edge of my seat and I would be lying If I said that I didn't enjoy it because I did.
