Having read and loved previous books by the author, specifically, The Sentence is Death and Magpie Murders, I eagerly awaited his newest despite a hefty 608 pages. I'm a big fan of Anthony Horowitz, but I'm not a fanatic. I'm also a huge fan of Lesley Manville. In her case, I may be a tad fanatical. (Perhaps two or three tads, but no more than four or five.)
