This included a basic introduction to shamanism and a lot of first-hand accounts of soul retrieval practices. The belief is that people lose pieces of their souls through traumas and similar experiences and need to reclaim these soul parts.
I'm quite torn in regards to how I feel about this book. On one hand, "Soul Retrieval" is full of awful ideologies. On the other hand, the very few good parts are worthy of discussing or practicing.
