This is a more mature read than I initially thought. However, it was that maturity that made me really enjoy this book. The friendship between Connor and Branwell is one that is very admirable. I don't like such adult subject matter being discussed in a young adult book. I think these things should be talked about openly with kids who are old enough, but I would not hand them a book like this with the scenes it had.

I have never heard of anyone named Branwell before. This book was a lot better than I thought it would be! I really enjoyed this it's a wonderful mystery book and I totally recommend it.
