Granted this is not a Japanese original print of Ueshiba's words. Still it's a decent translation, and does collect many of the concepts that are often discussed in advanced aikido classes or seminars. I highly recommend this book to all. It is a discussion of the author's life, his times, and his teachings on the art of peace. This is a very creative and interactive force we can all incorperate into our lives and relationships.
