As a diet book it's decent but it doubles as a solid introduction to meditation. I've been meditating using the Headspace app for three months now. Enjoyable to read. Good points. Some points are obvious, but still worth noting.
Some useful nuggets of information but overall found this basic and repetitive. I found the writing style slightly patronising and didn’t connect with the narration. DNF. To be fair to this book it was published in 2012, so honestly, it was a little bit ahead of its time, trying to encourage the stop to dieting. But it was also trying to be a diet book.
