this book was really interesting and informative i love horrible histories its so good and terry deary is such a good author and martin brown's illustrations are hilarious
I loved the Horrible Histories when I was a kid. In fact, I was reading them long past the age they were aimed at. The Horrible Histories series was consistently good throughout, but The Frightful First World War still manages to scare away the opposition with terrifying tales of trench foot, dead soldiers and dead horses.
