Why does Neil Patrick Harris have to hit me in the feels?! This is really such a wonderfully diverse and magical series and I would highly recommend it for anyone wanting same sex parents and/or adopted family dynamic. The characters are so freaking fun and the magic lessons are such a fun idea
I didn’t think it was possible, but I love book two even more than book one!!! Leila is obviously now my favorite misfit. This was an enjoyable addition to the Magic Misfits series, with the same fun characters and new adventures. I didn't enjoy it quite as much as the first book, but part of that may have been the change in narrator for the audio, which I was not happy about.
