Negli ultimi trent’anni della sua vita Carl Gustav Jung ha concentrato la sua attenzione sull’osservazione psicologica dei fenomeni religiosi. È religiosa, afferma Jung, ogni esperienza di pienezza e di totalità che «afferri» l’individuo per farlo procedere lungo il tragitto dell’individuazione. In questo cammino spirituale le religioni orientali si rivelano maestre nel guidare verso un «processo d’iniziazione». This is a wonderful collection of mostly introductions and forwards by Jung to various Eastern Texts from the Book of the Dead to the I Ching.
