I read a lot of Buk in the 90s and had to take a very long break from the guy. I think it's time to go back to the old drunk. Like Byron, Bukowski's letters are as much, and often more, fun to read than his poems. They reveal a lot about the guy that both confirms and destroys his legend. Worth the
