Sinossi

i want this island to be real so bad
I have to say, this ology book didn't impress me as much as I thought it would. Maybe because I've just recently finished reading "Jurassic Park" I suppose. I appreciated the historical accuracy: since this book was supposed to have been written in about 1900-ish, they only talked about paleontologi Leggi tutto
I love this book. It is very “Journey to the Center of the Earth”, only they’re not going down, but through the jungles of South America! I love the idea of stumbling upon a population of living dinosaurs (I like it in fiction; I’m well aware that if this were real, we’d all be in very real danger), Leggi tutto

This is a fan fiction placing you in South America on an expedition with legendary Percy Fawcett who searched for the Lost City of Z. 3.5 This book was, indeed, interesting, but I think it could have had more of a storyline than a single journal paragraph or two on each page. We learned little about the characters, individually, and were so inundated with facts, it was difficult to read in addition to the story, itself.
I love how this book is both non-fiction and fiction at the same time. I think Dinosaurology is one of the best books to describe a dinosaur's behavior to humans and teach you about these fascinating creatures.
In a salute to Doyle, Crichton and Grann, the newest entry in this series is the story of an expedition to South America in search of dinosaurs. There is a wealth of information included among the fiction. It is presented as a journal of the expedition. The realia includes flaps, and pull-outs which
