Boston, 1926. Affascinato da sempre da questo universo composto da mostri nascosti nei recessi più bui e da creature titaniche la cui sola vista è sufficiente a far sprofondare nella follia, Francois Baranger, illustratore famoso in tutto il mondo per il suo talento di artista concettuale per il cinema e i videogiochi, s'è fatto carico del compito di raffigurare la principale opera di H.P. Lovecraft.

I am largely underwhelmed by this “master of horror.” I find the writing simply dull, repetitive, anti-climactic, and that it uses the same tricks over and over and over again.
