Dopo anni di prigionia nell'Impero Alpirano, Vaelin Al Sorna è tornato nel Regno. Ma nel frattempo una nuova minaccia sta sorgendo, un'invasione pianificata da lungo tempo da una forza al di là dell'oceano, intenzionata a spazzar via il Regno. E per fronteggiarla, Vaelin, guidato dal canto del sangue, il dono magico che gli scorre nelle vene, sarà costretto dopo molto tempo a rimettere mano alla spada.

This was even better than Blood Song. Telling the story from the perspective of four POV characters was a masterstroke.
