Ecco il sogno che dà l'appellativo di "uomo dei lupi" a Sergej Pankejev, un giovane russo molto ricco, incapace di affrontare la vita, che si rivolge per la prima volta a Sigmund Freud all'inizio del 1910. Aiutando a rievocare eventi drammatici del passato e a riportare alla luce aneddoti rimossi dell'infanzia, il padre della psicoanalisi accompagna il paziente fino al superamento dei problemi, con un metodo di ricostruzione della realtà che, come nel più appassionante dei gialli, parte dal racconto per ristabilire i fatti. reading this was a mistake, i thought i'd at least understand what fucked up logic he uses a bit better so i can spot it in other psych works, but he doesnt use any!! he just says shit!!
That guy was constipated because he was, unbeknownst to himself, homosexual and finally impregnated by his father.
While I think that some of Freud's ideas are really interesting, and I very much enjoy discussing them in my theory class, this was just plain hard for me to read.
