This was a really fun, unique ride between worlds, exploring an inbetween place called The Manor, Jane meets old friends and new foes as she tries to find out what happened in her past. Ah dit was een snelle aangename middle grade en hoewel het begin me wat te traag ging en ik wel wat opmerkingen heb, waren er ook heel veel elementen die ik wel heel tof vond en ik ben oprecht benieuwd naar hoe het verder gaat! Wat een leuk jeugdboek! Vol avontuur en dus geen enkel moment zonder spanning! Wat een sterk debuut is dit trouwens. Ik ben alvast benieuwd hoe deel 2 er aan zal toegaan.
