When I realized this would be a detective novel I almost wanted to skip it, since I’ve grown tired of them. I’m glad I did however, as this felt different. 3.5 STARS I wanted to give this author another try after giving her last, Wrong Place Wrong Time three stars. I thought it was a good police procedural, but moves a bit slow in the first half.
