did I really just see Guts riding on Zodd’s back, swinging his huge sword against the demon emperor AND Zodd going along with that??? HOLY SHIT that’s one of the most epic scenes in the series so far. I’m so proud of Guts for finally learning to set his priorities straight and pick his battles. what Leggi tutto
There's a great opening here with Guts and Zodd teaming up, but there's also way too much time wasted on Griffith's god-modding over the realm. I still think much of it could have been skipped.

A plethora of cool moments make this volume. Guts and Zodd teaming up, Griffith consolidating power, and Serpico keeping Guts focused on what matters. Great stuff.
