E per combattere l'irrazionalità del capitalismo globale, Zizek ritiene necessario imparare dai fallimenti della sinistra novecentesca: solo così si potrà formulare una nuova ipotesi di emancipazione dell'umanità, un'ipotesi che ? in un senso, come leggerete, molto speciale ? il «gigante di Lubiana» non esita a ridefinire comunista.
