Memorie di una geisha

Ho letto questo libro parecchio tempo fa, e mi è piaciuto moltissimo. Ci sono libri che ti attraggono subito, e mantengono le promesse. Ecco, questo è uno di quelli. Ci sono scivolata dentro, affascinata dal racconto, ipnotizzata dallo scorrere della narrazione, dalla descrizione dell'ambiente chiuso e soffocante, dai personaggi impastati in questo complesso e rigido microcosmo. Quando ho finito il libro mi è dispiaciuto, mi è mancato: come un amico che se ne va, di cui percepisci la lontananza, di cui hai nostalgia.
