Excellent introduction with step-by-step instructions and a good layout. The Jungle escape is a little confusing - I'm not sure that was necessary. Pattern - cool Sequence - good Has a glossary This is such an important skill we NEED to be teaching kids - starting early.
Maybe not a book for the littlest of kids, but certainly something I can share with everyone asking me what I'm going to school for. This is a surprisingly good, interactive book that explains the basics in terms that anyone can understand and make it interesting. I will have to buy this one.
I wish I could buy a copy for every 1st and 2nd grader.
