Sort of stiff and jerky, yet full of great detail
This book had me in two minds throughout. On the one hand I am not all that impressed, especially by the history and situation of Reiki in the West. This book seemed a bit redundant to me. With that being said, I really enjoyed reading about the origins of Reiki, different treatment techniques used by Doctor Usui and Hayashi, meditation techniques and practical advices.
