Sinossi
Un medico sfregiato e mutilato dietro cui si cela un'orribile tragedia. Un villaggio governato da un conte che, sotto l'influsso malefico della grottesca reliquia, si è trasformato in un sadico mostro. Questi gli oscuri protagonisti di una lacerante lotta fra il bene e il male al centro della quale troveremo ancora il Guerriero Nero e la sua immensa spada. Uno scontro senza esclusione di colpi la cui posta in gioco è il dominio sul genere umano delle oscure forze demoniache conosciute con il nome di Mano di Dio.

A big step up from the first, story-wise, as we move away from simple one-shots into longer and more involving arcs, with far more room for characters to spread out and breathe. The villain has some depth to him, twisted personality and villainous gluttony and even a weak spot remaining in his poor
I can already tell Berserk will be one of my favourite mangas. Puck and Guts are ingrained into my soul after a mere 2 volumes, and this world feels insanely tangible for how early on it still is. Ooooh I liked this even better than the first! This volume ramps up the violence and some of the images were actually sickening. As in, they made me feel queasy. So that's great! I love how epic the fights are, even if sometimes the illustrations are too dense to properly make out what's going on. De Leggi tutto
I forgot how much fun mangas are! Especially this one. I got into the anime because of my love for Dark Souls. This series is what influenced the creators of the Dark Souls franchise.
