This is a "must read" book. Bandura's theory on self-efficacy, I think, is some of his best work. I incorporate his theory of self-efficacy into my own group-centered prevention programs. I wasn't able to read the entire book since I have to return it to my psych professor, but what I was able to get through was freaking stunning. Definitely a must-have-someday.
