In un mondo in cui essere supereroi è la normalità, nascere senza particolari poteri equivale a una vera e propria disgrazia! Izuku Midoriya dovrà mettercela tutta per ottenere un superpotere, e nonostante l'impresa sembri impossibile qualcuno finirà per notare le sue capacità... Tra le classi A e B della sezione Hero è in corso un'agguerrita sessione di addestramento al combattimento di gruppo. Gli studenti della sezione B, che diversamente dalla A hanno avuto modo di esercitarsi in tranquillità e per un periodo di tempo più lungo, sono migliorati parecchio nell'uso del Quirk e hanno sviluppato delle mosse speciali incredibili. Da par suo, la sezione A può giocare la carta dell'esperienza sul campo, per quanto il travagliato anno scolastico che ha vissuto non le abbia permesso di colmare alcune lacune nella propria formazione. Chi sarà a vincere, la viva esperienza o l'addestramento costante? Come se non bastasse, Midoriya dovrà riaffrontare Shinso, lo stesso studente che, durante il Festival dello Sport, aveva causato l'insorgere di quelle strane visioni dai recessi del One for All...

MY BOY BAKUGO GETS ALL THE SHINE HE DESERVES!!!!!! My man out here showing some light character development and I love to see it. Plus some wild shit going on with Deku and one for all? I'm telling you this story is about to really propel forward like we haven't seen before.

All this Class A vs Class B stuff is pretty rocking. I love to see my favorites get trounced because it will only spur them on later. But it’s the surprise at the end of this volume that really has me excited. Really excited. It’s a total WTF moment. Too good!
I think I've said previously that I prefer the school stuff over all of the big plot elements. It's what got me to the series in the first place. But what about when the plot combines with the school shenanigans? That's when it gets really good. Could use more of that in general, really.
bakugo, jiro, sato, & sero as a team was 10/10
