The concept is good, but the product itself.. Meh I wanted to feel all the feels as we followed the main character, but I ended up just not caring about her.. Oops! So nah not my cup of tea, but I can see why other people like it
I was so looking forward to reading Karen Swan's latest book, but it was disappointing in terms of romance. I like the adventure part, and the part about saving the planet. Omg that was amazing. Actually amazing doesn't quite do justice to Karen Swans latest and my new favourite book from her. This one had everything there is to love about a Karen Swan book. The depth, the character development, the complicated love affair. Costa Rica was an excellent location and Tara and Alex were great lead characters. 5 stars
