Marty McFly è un ragazzo come tanti: vive in una cittadina di provincia, frequenta svogliatamente la scuola, ama il rock degli anni Ottanta e ha un paio di genitori, anche se non della miglior specie. Se non ci fossero Jennifer, la bella e spigliata compagna di scuola, e soprattutto “Doc” Brown, un eccentrico uomo di scienza, per Marty la vita sarebbe sciatta e monotona, qualcosa da cui fuggire. E in effetti ne fuggirà, ma “all’indietro”, grazie a un ardito esperimento dell’amico scienziato e a una ruggente DeLorean a propulsione nucleare adattata a “macchina del tempo”. Marty si ritrova così catapultato nel 1955, prima della sua nascita, nella sua cittadina com’era una volta. E “ritornare al futuro” non sarà così semplice.

This really took me back… literally. One of my favorite trilogies ever from my childhood. There were some differences between the book and the movie but it didn’t make any difference in the enjoyment of reading this. I saw Canadian Michael J. Fox , on “Family Ties” but did not need to read his award-winning autobiography, “Lucky Man” , to know adoration of him in pop culture comes from the box office smash, “ Back To The Future! ” My family’s favourite entertainment phenomenon from our childhood is this trilogy.
