Oh Agatha.. I wish I liked this more. This was my first Agatha Raisin book, after having watched the television series, and I actually like the older, more bullish version of Raisin in the book more than her TV representation. Another agatha raisin for me👍. There is something about her antics that i could continue to randomly read even tho its a middle way rating. I prefered something borrowed, someone dead as i thought it had more funny moments. This didnt seem to have much in comparison but i still enjoyed it. The story Leggi tutto
Worth reading for the humor especially the grumpy villagers suddenly becoming the happy villagers at the end. Agatha investigates the murder of Mrs Tamworthy a truly horrible person who upsets everyone. In this story Toni is introduced as a new detective and she has a great backstory.
