I'm grateful to the Great American Read for enticing me to start reading the Alex Cross series. Cat and Mouse is the 4th book in the series, and I'm officially hooked. Wow, I can't believe I used to like this book. All of the things I came to hate about the later books of the series are actually WORSE in this book. How do you catch a monster? Wow! This was my first time reading a book from the Alex Cross series and I must say I’m smitten! Actually I’m smote! Perfectly titled “Cat & Mouse,” this book takes you on a ride! 5 stars
This book is so hard to describe. I can only say it is like the hot girl who will talk to you, but she has horrible breath.
